Marine vacuum distillation fresh water generator produce fresh water by evaporation and condensation, the heat source can be main engine or electric heater, steam, working oil, etc.

Fountom is providing Alfa Laval type fresh water generators for ships including tube type and plate type. The salt content of the produced fresh water is less than 10 PPM. Water can be used for steam boiler and drinking.
